1. Are Getlyla products handmade?
Many of our pieces are shaped, assembled, or finished by hand using soft wool and carefully selected materials. Because of the handmade process, slight differences in shape, color, texture, and expression may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique.
2. What materials are your products made from?
Our products are primarily made from wool felt and other decorative materials selected according to each design. Please check the individual product page for specific material information before placing your order.
3. Will my product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, slight differences may occur because of handmade details, lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in materials. These differences do not affect the overall design or quality of the product.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary because of holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $9.99. Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping. Any available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has already shipped.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Can I return an item?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
10. How should I care for my felt decoration?
Keep your piece away from water, direct sunlight, heat, and high humidity. Remove dust gently with a soft brush, dry cloth, or low-power air blower. Do not machine wash, soak, twist, or apply strong cleaning products.
